Our flexible structure allows us to support minority and majority transactions, secondaries and co-investments, either independently or alongside other established investors.

What we look for

Two stages of investing – the same ambition for growth.

• Growth stage: investing £5-15m into Series A and B companies with strong product-market-fit, £5-30m revenue and a repeatable commercial model.
• Private equity: investing £10-30m into profitable lower mid-market businesses, typically generating £2-10m EBITDA, with clear potential for organic growth, international expansion or buy-and-build.

Our flexible structure allows us to support minority and majority transactions, secondaries and co-investments, either independently or alongside other established investors.

We invest across sectors, with particular interest and experience in healthcare services, tech-enabled consumer and business services, and the experiences and live events ecosystem.

Across both stages, we look for exceptional management teams, proven demand, strong market positions and a clear opportunity for future growth.

We focus primarily on the UK, with selective investments across Europe.
